Banks Antwerp Hotel

During my recent stay at a hotel in Antwerp, I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, situated close to the city center and surrounded by charming cafés and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were cute and friendly, making me feel right at home throughout my entire 5-day stay. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and diverse, with plated options that catered to all tastes. I also appreciated the comfortable and modern design of the hotel, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location, friendly staff, and excellent amenities.

The friendly staff ensures a warm welcome and excellent service throughout the stay. Additionally, guests are treated to a daily apero in the lobby, offering complimentary drinks and snacks.

The room lacked some basic amenities, such as a safe and a mini fridge, which could have been useful for guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the old town. The neighborhood was brilliant and there were so many things to see and do within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. When I checked in, they even surprised me with a glass of champagne, such a nice touch! The room itself was really comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy, the heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was even a sitting area where I could relax. I also loved the fact that they offered bicycle hire, so I could explore the city easily.

The rooms are well-appointed with modern decor, comfortable beds, and sleek bathrooms. Plus, the hotel goes the extra mile with complimentary evening drinks and bites, allowing you to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. the hotel is conveniently located near public parking, making it easy for those traveling by car.

The unpainted concrete ceilings in the rooms may not appeal to everyone's taste.

Really good location, visually attractive reception and dining area, nice and big beds, great lighting, friendly housekeepers.

Nothing everything was great.

Great location near all major places you would want to be. Lots of places to eat in the nearby area. Free happy hour with finger food in the evening.

Some issues with the bed being too soft. The lobby closes quite early in the evening, so there is nowhere to sit except in your room.
